- Clients must be legitimate businesses seeking to hire temporary, temp-to-hire, or permanent employees.
- By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is truthful, complete, and accurate.
3. Responsibilities of Applicants
Applicants agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated information in applications and resumes.
- Comply with all workplace policies and safety requirements while on assignment.
- Notify us promptly if they are unable to attend a scheduled assignment.
Foundation Staffing Solutions does not guarantee job placement, length of assignment, or continued employment.
4. Responsibilities of Clients
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions, pay rates, and worksite details.
- Ensure a safe and lawful workplace in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Pay all invoices in accordance with agreed-upon terms and rates.
5. Payment & Billing
- Clients will be billed based on agreed rates and terms.
- Late payments may result in interest charges, collection actions, or suspension of services.
- Applicants/employees are paid directly by Foundation Staffing Solutions according to applicable payroll schedules.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our website.
7. Disclaimers
- We make no guarantees regarding job placement, duration of assignments, or hiring decisions made by Clients.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising between Applicants and Clients beyond our direct control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundation Staffing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of our platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
